1. Acceptance of terms

By using VibeAssure, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using VibeAssure on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Keep credentials confidential and enable strong authentication.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Plans, billing, and renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order form or contract. If you are not pleased with the testing results, we will work with you in good faith to review the outcome and may waive affected test result charges where appropriate. In rare cases where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.

4. Service scope and automation coverage

VibeAssure provides testing services for mobile applications and web applications. Any test automation services described on the platform or in an order are limited to those product types. API testing and desktop application automation are not included unless we expressly agree to them in writing. For the QA Report + Automation plan, each test cycle includes a minimum of four Maestro flows. The assigned tester determines which flows are implemented based on the application scope and complexity.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activities.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

6. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of your content, screenshots, logs, recordings, and project artifacts. You grant VibeAssure a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.

7. Intellectual property

VibeAssure and associated branding, software, and materials are owned by VibeAssure. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Service availability

We strive for reliable uptime, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues, or third-party dependencies. Features may evolve over time as we improve the platform.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeAssure is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
