By accessing or using VibeAssure, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your region.
• Provide accurate information and keep account details updated.
• You are responsible for activities under your account credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or described in a written agreement between you and VibeAssure.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VibeAssure a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service.

Intellectual property

VibeAssure and its trademarks, software, and content are owned by VibeAssure, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform without permission.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeAssure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VibeAssure harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
