QA for Replit apps

Review the Replit app at the address your customers will use. Sign in there, save real test data, and return from a fresh browser session. Include any connected service the task depends on.

VibeAssure reviews the tasks you want customers to complete. Get a report of what we tried, what worked, and the problems we found, with reproduction steps and priorities for fixes.

What to test in your Replit app

Replit documents publishing issues involving production configuration, login redirects, database connections, and file storage. These make the public URL an important place to check customer tasks. Replit publishing troubleshooting.

For an app that lets customers save quotes, start on the published URL and create a quote with several line items. Close the browser, sign in again, and edit it. If you are preparing another release, include existing saved quotes in the review so you can see how returning customers experience the new build.

  • Does sign-in return the customer to the correct published app?
  • Are saved quotes available in a fresh browser session?
  • Can a returning customer edit data created before the latest release?

These checks and the example below are starting points for choosing your scope. We agree the tasks, platform, and build before testing starts.

Walk through a customer task

Save a quote and return to edit it

A customer wants to prepare a quote now and finish it on a later visit.

Where the customer starts
A signed-in test account on the published app, with one existing quote and permission to create another.
What a successful result looks like
A new quote retains its line items and total after a fresh sign-in. The customer can edit it and reopen the updated version.

Cases to try

  • Close the browser after the app confirms the quote is saved.
  • Sign in through an email link and check the address it opens.
  • Open a quote created before the latest build and add another line item.

Problems to look for

  • The quote is visible only in the browser session that created it.
  • An email sign-in link opens the wrong address or loses the destination.
  • An existing quote cannot be edited in the new build.

Test accounts: Quote owner.

Services used in this example

  • Quote storage
  • Account sign-in
  • Sign-in email delivery, if used

What a finding looks like

This hypothetical example shows how a problem is described in the report. Your review records what we observe in your app, how to repeat it, and which findings to address first.

A saved quote is missing on the next visit

Steps to repeat the problem

  1. Sign in at the published URL and create a quote with two line items.
  2. Save it and wait for the confirmation.
  3. Sign in with the same account in a fresh browser session and open the quote list.

What happens

The quote appears after saving in the first session. It is absent from the quote list in the fresh session.

Why it matters

The customer has to enter the quote again before they can finish or send it.

The report identifies the URL, account, and steps used. Share those details with Replit Agent or your developer when investigating a publishing or saving problem.

  • Download a quote and check its line items.
  • Send a quote link and open it as the recipient.
  • Return to an existing quote after publishing an update.

What to bring to the review

  • Share the published URL or custom domain you want reviewed.
  • Provide a test account with an existing quote, plus permission to create and edit test quotes.
  • Identify any email, file, or other service used in the task and how to test it.

We usually need an app link or build and authorized test accounts. You or your developer make the fixes using the report. A retest after changes can be quoted separately.
